When will you ship my item?
Your order will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment, in a first class manilla padded envelope.

Need it Fast? Request Priority!
If you need your doll faster than First Class, please send me an email after your order and I'll make sure it gets sent priority. The cost for up to 2 dolls priority will always be 4.05.

Will I receive a shipping discount for more than one?
If you purchase 3 or more dolls I will ship priority for 4.05 for up to 5. If you purchase even more than that, contact me before payment.

Can I order a custom doll?
Most of my fabric is ordered on-line, so if you are searching for a particular type of doll, contact me and I will do my best to accomodate you. Sometimes I have them in stock, just not listed. Please allow ample time though for me to order the fabric and make the doll, at least 1-2 weeks depending on fabric availability.
